Verso Books is now able to send our books directly to you, as ebooks and print copies, anywhere in the world. We very much hope that you will buy books directly from us whenever possible, and we will do our very best to make sure that you receive them in the way that you need, as quickly as possible.
Refund Policy
If something has gone wrong, then we would like to rectify the problem straight away: please email us at orders@versobooks.com (US & Canada customers) or orders@verso.co.uk (UK, Europe and Rest of World customers) with your order number, and we will reply within two working days. If it is a problem with an ebook, please review our relevant FAQs section for more information or contact us and we will try to help you solve it, and resupply the file if necessary. If you've not received a print copy within the timeline specified during checkout, or received a damaged or incorrect book, then we will arrange to send a replacement. If none of these remedies satisfy you, then we will refund that part of your purchase to the payment card that you used to buy it.
Privacy Policy
We respect your right to privacy, and will store the minimum amount of data about you necessary to use our website and complete your purchases. Our website uses cookies to identify returning users and manage online sessions, but you can delete them at any time. All customer data, like your name and address, is secured by SSL with a certificate issued by Verisign. Online payments are handled by Braintree, who are in full PCI compliance to secure your payment card information—Verso Books does not collect or retain any card numbers. We will only send you emails when you buy something from us, or opt-in to one of our email newsletters. We will not give your name, email address or any other personal information to any third party.
